DAVID N. INGRASSIA has practiced law in Arizona since 1986. He has a litigation and transactional practice located at the Law Offices of David N. Ingrassia, P.C. in Phoenix. David received a B.A. degree in Government from Cornell University in 1980 and a J.D. degree from the University of Toledo Law School in 1985. After law school, he clerked for Judge D.L. Greer on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Business Law and Bankruptcy Sections of the State Bar of Arizona.

The focus of Mr. Ingrassia’s practice is the representation of equipment Lessors and asset-based lenders, and includes documentation, lien perfection, asset recovery, and representation in all state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court.
