Proposition 207 – LEGAL MARIJUANA – A.R.S. § 36-2852

Proposition 207 has changed the landscape in Arizona for penalties revolving around Marijuana. Marijuana is now legal to possess not more than 1 ounce of marijuana flower and not more than 5 grams of concentrate.

  • It is also legal to grow and cultivate not more than 12 plants.
  • It is still illegal to sell Marijuana without a dispensary license.
